Is it safe to park on someone's driveway?
Parking on a private driveway is often a convenient alternative to on-street parking. While no parking location can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, many drivers choose driveway parking for its convenience and the added reassurance of being on private property.
Before a new space is listed on YourParkingSpace, it goes through our Quality Control process. We also verify Space Owners' contact details to help maintain a reliable marketplace and enable communication if needed.
Once your booking is confirmed, your contact details are shared with the Space Owner, and the Space Owner's contact details are shared with you. This allows you to contact each other if you need assistance and ensures the Space Owner is aware that you'll be parking at their space.
To help your parking experience go smoothly, we recommend:
• Following any parking instructions provided in the listing or booking confirmation.
• Parking only within your booked dates and times.
• Ensuring your vehicle registration number is correct before your booking begins.
• Contacting the Space Owner if you have any difficulty locating or accessing the space.
YourParkingSpace is a marketplace that connects drivers with Space Owners. While we take steps to verify listings, drivers are responsible for parking safely and following the instructions provided for their booked space.
