What should I do if a driver arrives early or stays later than their booked times?
It is the space owners obligation to be aware of the booked times and dates that a driver has reserved the parking space. Accommodating a booking outside of these booked times is not recommended as YourParkingSpace does not have the authority to take additional payments from drivers unless these are voluntary payments made by the driver themselves. As such, YourParkingSpace cannot guarantee the payment for the use of a space outside of booked times.
In the rare event that this does happen, space owners should instruct the driver to contact YourParkingSpace immediately to organise the additional payment before allowing the driver to use the parking space outside of the originally reserved times.
