Responding to the availability email

Availability emails are sent to space owners who have not had an active booking in the last 30 days. Responding to this email or SMS notification is a requirement of being a space owner as this ensures YourParkingSpace is only advertising available parking spaces to our drivers.

A reminder email is also sent if we have not received a response to the initial request. No response to this second availability enquiry will result in an automatic deactivation of your listing.

You can have your parking space listing reactivated at any time by contacting our support team here.
