Why am I being charged an access equipment replacement fee?

YourParkingSpace is permitted to charge a replacement fee for the cost to replace lost, damaged or unreturned access equipment.

Access equipment such as keys, fobs and permits are part of the lease agreement and must be returned in full working order within 48 hours of the booking end time. Failure to do this will result in an automatic deduction of the cost to replace the access equipment from the deposit paid, and is passed directly to the Space Owner.

The replacement fee is non-refundable, even if the access equipment is returned after 48 hours of the booking end time.
