Why is my deposit remaining less than what I paid?
YourParkingSpace often use the deposit to take any final payments on a pro-rated usage basis at the end of the tenancy.
For example, if your billing date falls on the 1st and your final end date of tenancy is the 10th, your deposit will be used to cover the period of the 2nd to the 10th.
All remaining monies will be returned once a booking has been complete and all access equipment is confirmed returned.
