Why is my deposit remaining less than what I paid?
YourParkingSpace will always try to take the final month's rent on a pro-rated basis, however we may on occasion deduct the final pro-rata payment from the deposit.
Failure to return the access equipment in full working order to the Space Owner within 48 hours of the booking end time will also result in a reduction of the cost to replace the equipment. This is due to the fact that you may be postponing a new booking from commencing, thus impacting on the income generated by the Space Owner.
All remaining monies will be returned once a booking has been completed and all access equipment is confirmed returned.
