Why was I charged twice for my booking?
Although it may seem like you were charged twice for your booking, you in fact were charged the same amount for two separate purposes; deposit and rent.
All monthly bookings are subject to two initial payments; 1. The deposit which is the value of one months rent and paid upon booking the parking space, and 2. First months rent which is paid on your booking start date.
Once the rental is over and any access equipment is returned and confirmed received by the Space Owner, we'll refund this back to you less the cost of any pro-rata parking, if applicable.
