Why was I charged twice for my booking?
When you make a monthly booking, you should expect to see two payments for the same amount debited from your account. You haven't been charged twice, these are actually two different payments covering
a) The deposit and
b) The first month's rent
The majority of our monthly bookings are subject to deposit. The deposit amount is equal to the value of one months rent. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your booking providing that you have vacated the space, any access equipment has been returned and there is no outstanding rent due.
Your first month’s rent will be taken on the first day of your booking to cover the cost of leasing the space for a 30 day period. As monthly bookings are rolling monthly subscriptions, this day of the month will then become your default billing date.
