While we require our Space Owners to keep their availability up to date at all times, we understand that sometimes life happens and dates may end up advertised where they can't actually host. In these rare cases, your booking confirmation is the trigger that makes them realise they can't host on that date and will need to cancel the booking.

We operate a 3-strike policy on cancellations whereby any Space Owner who has cancelled confirmed bookings  3 times within a 3-month period will be under review for a permanently suspension from the platform. This is so that our platform upholds our reputation for reliability and drivers continue to enjoy the convenience of pre-booking parking for their road journeys.
