I haven't received my payment
All rental payments are paid out on the first business day of the following month.
For example, rent for bookings in January will be paid on the first business day in February.
Please do wait until the close of business on the first business day of the month before contacting our Support team regarding missing payments as there can be a short delay with fund appearing in your account from your bank.
Please note that balances lower than £10.00 will be rolled over until the balance reaches a minimum of £10.
