Do I get paid the deposit?

As a landlord, you do not receive the deposit taken.

YourParkingSpace holds the deposit for the duration of the rental and this is only paid out to you in the event that any access equipment is damaged or not returned. 

We will pay you for the amount of replacing the access equipment and the remaining deposit will be returned to the customer.
