Should I take a deposit?

No, owners are not required to take a deposit. For all monthly rentals, we take a deposit equal to one month's rent which we hold for the duration of the booking. This will only be returned to the driver once we get confirmation that the access equipment has been returned in full working condition, or 48-hours have passed since the end date of the booking and we have not received a response from you to confirm the safe return.
