Why do I have to pay a deposit for monthly spaces?
We take a deposit when you book a monthly parking space which is equal to one month's rent.
This is held for the duration of the tenancy and is used to cover the cost of any access equipment such as a permit or key fob. It is also used to cover any final rent after we receive 30 days' termination notice.
Once the rental is over and any access equipment is returned and confirmed received by the Space Owner, we'll refund this back to you less the cost of any pro-rata parking.
