What happens after submitting notice to cancel for monthly bookings?

Some monthly spaces come with access equipment, such as a key, fob or permit. After you've given your notice to cancel renewal (at least 7 days before the end of your booking) and your booking comes to an end, all access equipment has to be returned to the Space Owner on the final day of the booking (or before, whichever suits you best). 

If the access equipment isn't returned to the Space Owner no later than the end-date, you may be charged an access equipment replacement fee.
